"I am Fit & Fab because I am 48 years old and started a running group in my town of Greensboro NC! I don't only want to be Faboulous, I also want my community to be . I SN a grandmother, and can play outside sports with my grandchildren! I look & feel terrific! I was on a Diaretic & Hctz. I no longer need those less. I ran 2 1/2 marathons this year & will be running my 1st full in Jan 2011. I got divorced after 21 years of marriage & was depressed! That was 4 yrs ago. An when people see me now, they tell me that I look truly happy! I am.. life has come full circle! I am Fit & Fabulous!! "
